Shell Survivor

Following a catastrophic spaceship crash, Shell Survivor casts you as a lone "potato" stranded on a hostile planet. As a top-down survival shooter, the game drops you into an enclosed arena with the grim, haunting atmosphere of a graveyard.

All you need to do is survive 20 harrowing waves of attacks from 39 different species of alien creatures and make your escape. With 7 difficulty levels—ranging from basic to nightmarish—your survival hinges on your agility and tactical thinking.

Combat and Survival Mechanics

Shell Survivor

Attacks come in waves. Each wave is powerful and fast-paced, lasting anywhere from 20 to 90 seconds. You can have up to 6 weapons at your disposal at the same time, and you can mix and match gear including pistols, shotguns, knives, maces and grenade launchers. There’s an auto-aim mechanism so you can focus totally on manoeuvring, and you can also aim manually if you want to make every shot count. Moving skilfully to avoid getting overwhelmed by monsters is as important as strong weapons. You are able to set up automated turrets, place landmines or even grow fruit gardens to give yourself a little extra defence.

The Art of Power-Ups

Gathering vital resources: Defeated enemies drop blue material blocks. These serve a dual purpose: they act as experience points for leveling up and as currency for the in-game shop.

Tactical Shop

The intervals between waves are the perfect time to refine your playstyle. You can purchase weapons or upgrade core stats—such as maximum health, regeneration, damage, attack speed, armor, evasion rate, and movement speed—across four rarity tiers, ranging from Common to Legendary.

Equipment Evolution

Explore combinations featuring 17 characters, 56 weapons, and 136 unique items. You can fuse two identical weapons to evolve them into more powerful versions, or spend currency to refresh the shop’s inventory to find the items you need.
