Looking for a fresh twist that blends the rigorous logic of Sudoku with the careful deduction of Minesweeper? Catdoku is the answer!
Forget dry numbers; Catdoku is a puzzle game with a minimalist style! Use deductive reasoning to place haughty cat "bosses" into their own exclusive territories on the board.

Your goal is to fill the board with a specific number of cats (e.g., a 6x6 board holds exactly 6 cats). However, to clear a level, every cat placement must satisfy these four ironclad rules:
Row Exclusivity: No two cats can appear in the same horizontal row.
Column Exclusivity: Each vertical column may contain only one cat.
Color Zone Rule: The board is divided into different colored regions. Each region is home to exactly one "boss."
Safe Distance: These cats are fiercely independent. They must never touch—not horizontally, vertically, or even diagonally.
Single-click: Place an 'X'. Use this to mark squares where a cat definitely cannot be (due to violating one of the four rules).
Double-click: Officially place a cat in a square once you are 100% certain.
The Art of the ‘X’ Don’t rush to put cats in the first few seconds. The secret of Catdoku is the process of elimination. Mark X’s in difficult spaces, such as squares adjacent to a cat you have placed, or the squares remaining in a colour block that’s already filled. When the Xs fill in the blanks, we will know exactly where the cats are.
Protect your fish basket: Avoid guesswork or random moves. Every mistake costs you a precious fish. Survey the entire board and only double-click when the logic is clear.
Start gently on small boards, then progress to trickier matrices that give your brain a real workout.
Ultra-minimalist graphics—stripping away all clutter—combined with smooth animations create a relaxing, stress-relieving experience.
